At Connected Therapy Group, we believe healing happens in relationships—within ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. Our practice was created to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for individuals, couples, families, and groups to explore challenges and cultivate meaningful change.
With offices in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut, and virtual sessions available throughout New York, Connecticut, California and Maine, our team of licensed therapists brings warmth, expertise, and evidence-based care to every client we serve.
Our name reflects our philosophy: when people feel truly connected—to their values, their bodies, their loved ones, and their communities—healing and growth become possible.
We draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client
Helping clients live in alignment with their values, even in the presence of difficult thoughts or emotions.
Supporting regulation and healing by working with the body’s nervous system responses to stress and trauma.
Identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns to promote healthier behaviors and emotional well-being.
Exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence present struggles.
Engaging the whole self—mind, body, and emotions—through interactive approaches that foster growth and resilience.
By integrating these approaches, we tailor treatment to each individual, couple, or family.
We offer therapy tailored to your needs, whether in person or online:
Sessions are available in person in NYC and Greenwich, CT, or virtually across NY, CT, CA and ME.
A one-on-one space to explore personal challenges, patterns, and goals. We help clients navigate stress, trauma, relationships, and life transitions with clarity and support.
Relationships can be a source of deep fulfillment and also of struggle. We help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen intimacy and trust.
Families are complex systems. Our therapists work with families to address conflict, improve communication, and create healthier dynamics for every member.
Healing in community can be transformative. Our groups provide supportive spaces to share experiences, reduce isolation, and practice new ways of relating.
At Connected Therapy Group, we support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including:
Providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care for individuals seeking recovery and healthier coping strategies.
Healing and finding freedom from past pain as it presents in the here and now.
Helping clients restore balance and a positive relationship with food, body, and self.
Strengthening communication, intimacy, and trust.
From career changes to parenthood to loss, we guide clients through times of uncertainty and growth
Supporting healthier boundaries and a stronger sense of self.
Addressing perfectionism, burnout, and the hidden costs of success.
We recognize that no two journeys are alike. Our therapists partner with clients to create pathways toward lasting change, grounded in connection and care.
